I am writing a thesis and its topic is "Siege during antiquity in a context of Aeneas Tacticus's work "How to Survive under Siege"" and I'm looking for references to the siege of Alesia and siege of Amida. Could anyone help me? I need articles, books etc. Thanks in advance. Only in english pls.

The siege of Amida? I actually can help you with that; I have the full text of Ammianus in English I found online. Let me get the link:

Tall order.

Amida occurs in Book XIX of Ammianus, so you could try:
P. de Jonge, Philological and historical commentary on Ammianus Marcellinus XIX (Groningen 1982).

All of the sensible stuff on Alesia is in French:
M. Reddé and S. von Schnurbein, Alésia. Fouilles et recherches franco-allemandes sur les travaux militaires romaines autour du Mont-Auxois (1991-1997) (Paris, 2001)
Many of their results already appeared in Bericht der Römisch-Germanischen Kommission 76 (1995), pp. 73-157.
You can find an English summary in my Besieged: Siege warfare in the ancient world (Osprey: Oxford, 2006).

The forthcoming Landmark Caesar volume will have an appendix on Roman siegecraft and a separate appendix on Alesia (in English).
