Getting to Villa Borg / Nennig

Does anyone know how easy it is to get to Villa Borg from Trier by public transport?

I notice there's a railway station at Nennig, close to the villa site there. Looks like it's about five miles across country to Borg, but I don't know if this is actually feasible on foot. Anybody tried it?

Thanks to Siggi for providing me with transport details! There is a (very slow) bus between Nennig and Borg, it seems...
