Spatha scabbard
#1
Something I finished last week, just in time for it's new owner to collect at Old Sarum.
The fittings are taken from those sold with the Eagle head spatha at Bonhams in April 2009.

Sword itself made by Tim Noyes at Heron Armoury and the eagle head was by Toby Whitty at Silver Wyvern.

It's in my car at the moment so I'll measure it up for you later. Marc gave it back to me as I hadn't managed to get the ring and dot work on the antler handle done in time for the event.
