I don't know much about Roman stuff, but Legio XX says that gladii shouldn't have ricassos; also that the guard plate was usually inset into the guard, although it doesn't need to be.

Who makes this model? Do they give specifications (materials, dimensions)?

It looks similar to the old style SOTW Gladius. Ricasso is incorrect, but not the worst thing in the world. I don't know where the brass accents on the hilt come from, but they could probably be removed. What are the blade dimensions?

It's not the worst blade around but needs a lot of rework to get usable. The brass decorations on the handle should be removed as well as some parts on the scabbard.
Better get yourself a improved SOTW or Deepeeka gladius.
