The Tipton horses turn up quite regularly on the local news. Mind you, when I worked for West Midlands Police in the area, horses weren't generally what was keeping the rather overworked officers busy. Still, you can get away with keeping a horse on a grass verge outside your house whilst living within a major conurbation. :wink:
