The top two of these appear to be early to mid first century belt plates rather than parts of dagger sheaths. The triangular piece is interesting but does not strike me as being part of a dagger sheath either.
I am familiar with the sheath from Colchester which I think you are referring to (the one on display in the Colchester Castle museum?). The x-ray image of its decoration strongly suggests that it is a single piece of iron which has been decorated with inlaid silver and enamel. Its decorative style is paralelled by several other examples.

I am not aware of any Roman dagger sheaths which feature applied or inserted mounts, aside from the 'cross hanger' pieces on frame type sheaths.
