\'Portrait\' Photographs Needed for Roleplaying Game
#1
Could you send me head & shoulder portraits of you in Roman kit?? Celtic and Roman only... its for a roleplaying game.

Roleplaying Games, you know D&D, RuneQuest, Traveller and soon, 43AD... tabletop games using pencils, paper, polyhedral dice and imagination ....

43AD is a fast paced game of legionary soldiers in Britannia, facing not just the tribes, but also the native horrors that the tribes themselves are terrified of. Very Simon Scarrow ... a supplement called Warband lets players run campaigns from the perspective of tribal heroes fighting other tribes, native horrors, or the invading Romans.

I'd love photos of real people as illustrations for the characters in the game. I have some already, people I know. But I generally know Late Romans, wrong period!!

My email is zozer 'at' talktalk.net. Or post them here!

Hope you can help me with this Smile

Do contributors get demo/free/discounted merchandise? Smile

I'll definitely post a portrait for you regardless.

I can get a picture with my kit, but would you prefer a Gallic A or H? Neither exactly fit the AD 43 genre? Or no helmet at all?

The game goes from 43AD up to 200AD Smile

Soft kit pictures are good too! Head and shoulders, looking at the camera are good. But no smiling !! This game is very dark and grim!! Smile

Sorry it took so long!
I'm a little disappointed with the fit of my kit in the photos, my shoulders were sliding down quite a bit. These were taken after a long day of SCA fighting, I'll try to get another set taken where everything is where it should be. Also, I see my under armor shirt poking out Sad
I figure I'd let you peruse them anyway, in case you see one you would like to use. I figure after you use those photo filters, none of that would matter anyway.
