I put up a thread on making a normal Roman style tunic a year or two ago in this very beginners forum. If you follow the simple advice in it you will not go wrong. If my good friend Paul Harston questions it (and I don't think he would) just tell him that I told you to. If he still objects (not that he would), tell him I will buy him a pint next time I see him. :wink:
