Apparently, I\'m dead
#1
Ouch. There was an earthquake in Holland. Nothing serious, 4.2 on the Richter Scale. No one noticed. Yet, apparently, the dikes broke and Amsterdam was swallowed by the sea. I guess that this means that I am currently dead.

That map is odd. Does it go by elevation and automatically colour everything below sea level as the ocean?

Well, I noticed it at Millingen aan de Rijn, and my parents in Nijmegen did too

Indeed. We noticed this years ago on this forum and apparently, we're still living under the sea.
Jona, you're not dead, you're a fish. it's official.
Or, alternatively, you do not live in a house in Amsterdam but, like your namesake, in a whale.

Will this lead to speculative buying up of "weed"? Will this further add to economic slump or just raise the price at your local coffee shop?

Maybe it's the wet season in North/South Holland provinces?

I hope Zombie Jonah continues updating Livius!
There was a 5.8 earthquake in Virginia a few weeks ago and I felt a little temblor here in Oneonta.

It's a well-known fact that the Dutch are in fact amphibious. Tongue

You're looking remarkably well on it.

Glad all seems to be safe and sound though.
