Title: I, CLAUDIUS DRUSUS: Rediscovering a Lost Roman Hero
Abstract: As the author of the groundbreaking biography Eager for Glory (Pen and Sword Books, 2011), I will be telling the true tale of the heroic life and swashbuckling adventures of Emperor Claudius’ father, Nero Claudius Drusus Germanicus – soldier, builder, explorer, statesman and role model for the Caesars. (I will be available to sign copies of my books after the talk.)
When: 1 September 2011, 6.30pm-8.00pm.
Where: Wokingham Public Library, Denmark Street, Wokingham, England (parking available).
