I am looking for a strong image which adequately conveys the geopolitical vastness of the Greek world. I remember reading in some trustworthy book on Greek history that someone calculated Seleucus I spend around 4-5 years net time on horseback and that his campaigns took him four times to India and back. Anybody read that, too?
