No one seems to have bothered to give us a notice, but apparently the Romans have recently decided not to decline and fall, and proceed to more recent stages of history. Perhaps I ought to have attended this Roman Festival in Archeon.

I think your almost right there John but it's a pole axe for he is a Farrier hence also his apron.
