It appears that I.P. Stephenson, who will be familiar to most RAT readers, has written a book on Hannibal's army. This would appear to be something of a departure from his previous works which have generally concentrated on late Roman equipment, although he has also written a book on the Anglo-Saxon Shield.
Has anyone seen or read this new book? Is it worth getting?
