...I should have posted that one before my primary partition had a "slow burner".
" A frontiers turns into a meeting-place" is the slogan of a large scale event that is to be held on June 5th this year. ( www.liz-bw.de )
Mainly under the lead of Baden-Württemberg's Limes Information Centre at the Aalen Roman limes camp there are 45 events scheduled on that very day.
These comprise mostly of guided tours, "open-days" along the limes, in roman camps, at museums etc. , "shuttle connections" between several points.( Even circle airflights over the limes at the Baumerlenbach airfield near Öhringen or at the Ellwangen-Erpfental airfield.)
The central "kick-off" is to be held at Mainhardt on occasion of "christening" a line of reconstructed limes-palisades at the B-14 federal road.
Events number 1-5 seem to be held in Hessen -- but I could not find any reference to that.
Events 6-40 are to be held in Baden-Würrtemberg:
6. Mudau-Schlossau -- guided tour along the limes
7. Elztal-Neckarburken -- guided tour and a visit at the local museum

I could not figure out however, whether this information is available in English, too.
The website doesn't give you any clue on this.
