There is a trident head from London, then there is a probabale provocator helmet in the BM. then there´s loads of parts from all over the empire. You will find a good catalogue in here:

Graham,
There are three gladiator helms on this side of the pond that may be from somewhere other than Pompeii. None has a definite provenance. Interestingly, all three are brimmed and crested types, without visors. Two have cheekplates. They may be of republican date. One is in Toronto, one in Detroit and one at the Higgins Armory in Worcester, Massachusetts

There is a gladiator helmet (murmillo) on display at the British Museum. Another one at the Neues Museum in Berlin (the same house where also Nofretete found her new home). The one from the British Museum dates from the 1st century and originates from Italy, though.
The origin of the Berlin helmet is not known, but presumably the helmet dates to the early 2nd century because of its shape. Unfortunately I don't have a pic of this on my computer but only on my cell phone.

Hi Graham,
sorry for the late reply.
I have just updated my collection of Gladiatorial pictures on Flickr.
Since you are looking for non Pompejan stuff here are some helmets on display in the USA form the late Republican Period, when Gladiators still fought without visors protecting the face:

Note that on some of these the cheekguards are missing.
Also here is the Galerus from a Belgian museeum:

And here is the 2nd Century helmet on display in Berlin:

There is also the helmet in the British museum where the actualy find spot is unknown:

Junkelmann considers the workamnship of this one to be much cruder than those from Pompeji.
Lastly there is the Provocator helmet bowl from Hawkedon:

I have not found a picture of the London Trident online, but here is a reconstruction comissioned by me:

Sadly the later Gladiatorial helmets and gear can only be reconstructed from artwork and so always have to be considered hypothetic.
