Photos of the Berkasovo helmet needed!
#1
Salvete Omnes!

I am getting a jewelled Berkasovo helmet made by commission. I would like to have some good pictures of this helmet. I have "googled" for the helmet and have got the usual results. If I remember correctly, there were some good detailed pics of this helmet ina an exhibition about Constantine somewhere. Does anyone remember where the pics can be found? I would be very grateful for additional info.

Thanks in advance Big Grin !

It will be an excellent reproduction. The more high quality helmets like this that exist in the world the better.

Offer up the money as a sort of sacrifice to the gods, forget about it, and look forward to the reproduction. It will be great!

By Mithras, Jyrki! Did you sell Finland to the Chinese or something?Confusedhock:

I am, of course, so not jealous...

Of course, assuming everything goes as planned, and the helmet is finished as well, you MUST come to LRE IV in Graefenthal...Wink

Hi Andreas!

In fact this is the only luxury I can afford; I don`t travel, eat in restaurants etc. Maybe I should indeed come to LRE IV but then again it means I should travel abroad and that is horrifying, all the starnge people asking weird questions, gulp...
