The long awaited issue 1 of Desperta Ferro was finally released last September 1st, having had a very warm welcome amongst our readers. Devoted to the Fall of Rome, its 68 pages include articles written by known scholars such as José Sánchez-Arcilla, Simon MacDowall or Ilkka Syvänne and superb illustrations and maps. It also contains an article devoted to the Celtic Mercenaries, to introduce issue 2: The Celtic Menace (Nov '10).
