Arthur, King of the Britons
#1
I've got a book: The Real King Arthur, A History of Post-Roman Brittania, P. F. J. Turner, SKS Publishing Company, 1993, Vols 1-2. ISBN 0-9637434-2-2. To simplify, it puts together a history of Arthur (Artorius, Magister Militum). Its tie to this forum would be that it makes the case that Roman institutions lived on in Britain after 410 AD. Anyone familiar with it? Late Empire is not my thing, and most assuredly Arthur isn't, but I did find it thought provoking. Any recommendations for other books on this same subject?
