After 44 days or so and numerous attacks by "outsiders" they finally decide to get serious about defense and make some maybe four "Roman Shields" (for ten "colonists")
Next episodes here comes 30 or so "outsiders" to steal their supplies. What a difference just one Roman reenactor would have made! 44 days they would look and drill like the legion
and probably have some seriuos defenses and Ballistas on the building roof .
