The new dig at Caerleon has started, investigating the massive complex of buildings between the amphitheatre and the river Usk.

Curiously enough, the same excavation I've been on. An excellent conservator, for sure!

Thank you- I'm increasingly impressed at archaeologists ability to decipher and make meaningful these finds....when without the captions and annotations I would mainly see earth.... :oops:
