Goatskin sounds excellent! I was also thinking of felt as a liner but I don't know how well it would hold up.

Thanks folks, and I'll take a look at those options. Gianni, Christian, what did you use to line yours?

Its also worth noting that that's Chase "Praxiteles" Patterson in the background in his new spolas as well. Marc Auger also generated one for the event, but didn't arrive in time to appear in the pictures.

I didn't line mine with anything on the inside. I thought of adding a layer of linen,but i don't see the point after all. Mine is two layers of leather(three in the shoulders) so in the adges i simply turned the inner layer over the outer and stitched. Perhaps by narrowing the shoulders,edge lining will become less necessary in yours too.
