That price is a tad off-putting though ! Especially if you already have other versions.....

Also a very good book, and one that is referenced by mea Uxor a lot at events. We were actually going through parts of it with Sally at the weekend!!

The more expensive book can be obtained second-hand on Amazon for reduced costs.
