Seleukos II and his campaign to Parthia

I see this mentioned in a lot of places: Seleukos heading to Parthia to bring it back into the empire, but failing. Only thing is that I can't find the source. Can anyone help with this?

Have you tried Polybios? It may be tucked away in one of his sections on what is happening away from Italy and Greece. Just a guess though.
