Zwammerdam Nigrum Pullum.
#1
I resently pursased this book: "Zwammerdam Nigrum Pullum. Ein Auxiliarkastell am Niedergermanischen Limes." von J.K. Haalebos. Amsterdam 1977.

I boughd it on the secondhand bookmarked in our town, it costed me 50 euro's the fendor asked 65 for it so I negocieted a little about the price Smile
I't loaded with info about the dig, with scale drawing of everything from gladii to earspoons and pottery and other bits and peases...

My question is, is it good buy? Is it a rear book, did i pay to much? I don't know.

I am happy with it, but don't have a qlue if it was a fair price and would like to know for the next time I run in a book like this...

Hi Folkert
If it's an archaeological dig report: they're always expensive. Seems to be a fact of life.
Greets!

Speaking as a salesman, if you are happy with it, it was/is a good price. The "fair price" for an object or service is what the buyer and seller can agree upon.
