A year or two ago Martin Moser put up an excellent thread on how he made a reconstruction of the Commacchio bag. I just went looking for it but I can't find it. Does anyone know what happened to it?

Thanks Christian.
I did the same but got only four results, none of which was the thread itself. It may be just the computer I am using at the moment - none of the links in the thread seemed to work for me just now.

Yes, but as I said, I could not get the links Martin put in the thread to work. It may be this computer. I will have another go when I get home (assuming nothing else gets in the way, such as visiting my father in law, going to a meeting and finishing a new scabbard in time for this weekend to name just three  ).
