Legionary physical training
#1
are there any primary sources which discuss specifics of legionary physical training? or are there only vague references to long walks, weapons training and drill?

There is a book that comes to mind; unfortunately I am unsure of the title. It was in books-a-million when I saw it and only briefly read some of it. I didn't have enough money to buy it. Sad Good Luck!

I hope someone has some good stuff to add. I would love to start tonight.

Even though it may well have been written more as a moan about how things used to be done 'in the old days', it's still the nearest we've got to a military training manual
