Article on Trajan in "Military History," FEB 2002
#1
The cover story in the February issue of Military History magazine www.thehistorynet.com is "Trajan: Last of the Great Roman Conquerors." Cover art is an Angus McBride painting of Trajan watching his legionaries climb a hill to engage Dacian warriors. Author is Richard K. Munro; penned a pretty good 7-page overview of Trajan's Dacian campaigns. Enjoy!
That was a helpful article for people like me who know little about the late empire.
