Whats this with the " SCORPION KING " ??

Hi all, i recently saw an interesting documentary on NG (or was it a mockumentary?) about a few archaeologists finding a grave, scepter, and evidence of writing from at least 500 years before we thought the Egyptians started this...

It was called the Scorpion king and stated this king by the name of scorpio was a powerful ruler in upper Egypt.
