There's stacks of photos of this event on Facebook now, among them my own in an album at the Ancient Warfare 'fan' page. Not sure if you can see them without logging in, but with 200 million members, it seems likely you'll have a Facebook account anyways... Confusedhock:

Very impressive- recognised several friends from Corbridge. How many soldiers were in the field- looks like more than a full century?

We counted 80 something legionaries + centurios, standardbearers etc, and another 40+ auxiliaries.
