The thanksgiving days granted to Caesar after Munda
#1
It's my understanding that the fifty days granted to Caesar after Munda were the most ever awarded in the Republic's history.
Is this correct?
Thanks in advance.

Apparently. Dio 43.41 confirms the 50 days of thanksgiving and Seutonius Caesar 24 says that an earlier 20-day period of thanksgiving for him was for a “longer period than for anyone before his time.” So I would assume that the 50 day mark must have been the most ever awarded.
