Hello gang:
I ran across the term Dromedarii in connection with a unit of Roman Camel corpsmen- is this correct? If anyone had any info I'd be much obliged. I believe they may have at one time, guarded the eastern reaches of the Empire. Any information on years they were active would be helpful as well.
