Hey, that's not fair: I want to give karma points to someone who gave a truly excellent reply to a question, but I get the message "Karma Change Disabled for this User". What does this mean?

That's because Jasper is making the Karma system more fair. See link from old RAT.

Actually, that happens when a user turns their own karma capabilities off. I'd like to check though, Jona, can you please PM me?
