Greetings all, just a brief plea for help here, while i've got time off to write. I'm desparately looking up any references or images concerning finds of copper alloy capricorn appliques which may have been used on shields. I do not know whether these might have been cast or embossed. They are out there, believe me, and i think one may have been found at Emlichheim in Germany. Since i no longer have access to a university library, or any kind of library! can anyone help me out? <p></p><i></i>
