Castillejo and Numantia belt plates & buckle
#1
Hi!

My next project is a belt from the republican period and I'm trying to find out the height and width of belt plates and buckles found from Castillejo and Numantia. So any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Also I'm interested to know if there are any good books or exhibition catalogues of the republican era finds.

A bit late, but this thesis is worth checking out for anyone else looking to research the Republican belt, as well as the 1st-C AD belt, and even Samnite belts.

LOL!

Better late than never; but an interesting article, thank you.
