Roman camp discovered in Belgrade

Apparently they discovered a Roman camp in Belgrade while working on aa tramline. It seems to have been in use from the 2nd to 5th centuries. And the name Stefan Pop-Lazic was mentioned. Stefan? details? 8)

Apparently outside the known borders of the previous camps, forts and town. That's why I'd like to hear details - is this indeed a new site or part of the ones previously known?
