Same here! I have to pre-order it...

Is it me, or have Robert inspired the front cover? Smile

Could be right there, although it's probably the reenactment group Britannia.

I had a e-mail from Amazon saying that it had been delayed, but they didn't say when until.

I don't think the book itself has necessarily been delayed, since I picked up a copy in a bookshop not long ago. Maybe they're just having supply issues because it's so popular... ?

Unfortunately I can't say much at the moment. I actually bought the book as a gift for someone, so have only flipped through it. I noticed though that most of the 'warlords' get their own chapter each, that the chapter on Vortigern looks particularly interesting, and that there are lots of photographs of Comitatus in it... Other than that, I'm as much in the dark as everyone else until I can get my hands on it when I borrow it back from the person I bought it for...
