That is indeed one of the best options we had so far. Wonderful! Write me down, too.

Sounds very good. Did we agree on a date yet??? If so, I'll check with my boyfriend if he will come as well.

Unfortunately my job forces me to withdraw my vote for the 23rd to 25th of October. What to do now?
Cheers! Christian

There was a question mark behing Jurjen's post so I still wonder which date we could chose instead.

BUMP. If we want to changes dates, we have to do it soon. I don't care (as I don't have my studies schedule for that period yet, anyway). But Charles, did you already planned to come and got tickets? On that occasion changing dates could become expensive to some of us, although I would like to change the date so Christian could attend, as he is the founder of this tradition.

I personally prefer Fri 30 October - Sun 1 November of the '4 votes' options and, as I now know my studies shedule, I can't on the Fri 13 - Sun 15 November choose (which I had voted as 'able' before).

I prefer the November dates as in October my co-worker is on vacation which means it would be not so easy for me to take off even for two days.

And again there is no progress. If I look at the last couple of post I think the weekend of Fri 30 October - Sun 1 November would be best, or is that just the last week your co-worker is away, Svenja?

Anyway, we should also thinking about topics. I think I could do a little lecture about the Kops Plateau face mask helmets. Unfortunately I don't think my new helmet will be ready by then, but at least we can discuss the special features found on these helmets. Would be nice to have others do the lectures this year (and I got finally convinced that I can give an interesting talk)

I will have to reschedule for next year. In June I had some unexpected mdical expenses, and now that has impacted my ability to travel as much as I had hoped. I would lke to schedule closer to Oktoberfest Big Grin twisted:
