Legio IX Hispana USA gallops off in a new direction
#16
This pretty much the "style" of horse we've been looking at.

One of the guys is off on Sunday to look at one. We were pleasantly surprised at how many examples are available throughout our CEN I region.

I think it is a Deepeeka saddle, Jesse Bailey, the cavalryman would tell you more. I know he said the saddle is too big for him (and he is not a small guy) - you can see it on the middle pick - which makes riding more difficult, since a saddle too large provides much less support from the horns.

It certainly does look large. Stick a big thick sheepskin over it.
