Discovery channel show about gladiators

On my flight back from Korea one of the inflight entertainments available was a Discovery Channel(?) show called Secrets of the Gladiators or somesuch. It included a segment where the host went to Rome to study with a ludus full of experimental archeologists and also some interesting discussions about the gladiator graveyard found in Turkey. Has anyone else seen the show? How does it stack up against current scholarship?
