Mark Antony was my immediate thought, also...the nose and chin.
Perhaps Maximus, son of Maximinus, if the young man was starting to show signs of inheriting his father's acromegaly? :? I am certainly no art expert of any kind, but, to be honest, that item looks very suspicious to me.

I begin to think that with all of these recent busts of various emperors that are appearing lately might there be some sort of scam going on, for they all are in such very good condition and looks like they are mostly coming out of eastern Europe.
