If you want to build up a collection a good book to start with is

The Jewellery of Roman Britain/Celtic and Classical Traditions by Catherine Johns.University of Michigan Press.ISBN 0-472-10766-6

As for the one you have it looks similar to those unmounted gems found in the Snettisham Horde,it could be Fortuna.
Fasta Ambrosius Longus
John

We are not now that strength which in old days
Moved earth and heaven; that which we are, we are
One equal temper of heroic hearts,
Made weak by time and fate, but strong in will
To strive, to seek, to find, and not to yield.
