Chain Mail Pattern
#1
Just curious to know whether there exists any historical reference in terms of a chain mail pattern that is one round wire riveted ring with one punched ring used alternatively. Any help would be appreciated.

Not sure what you mean, but surviving pieces of Roman mail all seem to be alternating *rows* of solid and riveted rings. The solid rings were typically punched from sheet iron, while the riveted ones were made from iron wire. The pattern is the usual "European 4-in-1". Is that what you're looking for?

The last time you brought up this topic it was suggested that you use the search function.

That would still be your best recourse.

It took all of 30 seconds to find three relevant threads.

It would also be a good idea to read as many of the references listed by Martijn in the third thread as possible.

Among these references you can find a paper by Jouttijärvi, which can be obtained online for free. This study is a nice starting point.
