A helmet from Vibo (Calabria)
#1
This helmet is shown in the museum of Vibo in Calabria, Italy. Can anybody tell more about it? Fourth-century and Greek? Third century, Bruttian? I love to know more about it.

It is a helmet from the votive deposit of Scrimbia. This and other eight Chalcidian helmets where found in a layer of 5th century and so are Greek offerings. For reference (in Italian) see
