Sorry if this is old hat but has anybody mentioned this before? He got it in the New years Honours list after quite a bit of campaigning. It is proper recognition for Chris and his work over the years but also for us all in the re-enactment game.

Gosh you did do him justice. Thanks all the ratters. I shall mention it to him.
Even so you have not done full justice to the fact that it is important recognition to all of us and an answer to the sniggerers. Whether it stands up to a mention on Hollyoaks I could not say never having seen it.
Has anybody else had a gong in re-enactment say in Sealed Knot?
To be correct it was "for services to Roman History"
