Brief intro

Hi everyone. I have been reading post's on this forum for some time and have finally decided to join. I have a basic knowledge of roman army structure and , as much as we can be sure , their basic tactics ( throw pilum close with sword etc. ) but I am nowhere near the level of 90 % of the people on this board and it my be a while until I break into latin .

Anyway I'm sure I will continue to learn as I progress so please don't crucify me ( see I do know a little bit :wink: ) if I ask a dumb question or two. Thanks everyone.
