Beautiful helmet Servio!!!Looks great!
Out of sight of subject shores, we kept even our eyes free from the defilement of tyranny. We, the most distant dwellers upon earth, the last of the free, have been shielded till today by our very remoteness and by the obscurity in which it has shrouded our name.

Thanks! I have post some pics on show your greek warrior impression.
the problem of the helmet is the cheekpieces, they are always moving, I must find some way to fix it. Maybe an internal padding? with the cap no padding is needed for the bowl of the helmet. And thanks to the cap, if not, 5 minutes at 40 degrees sun with this dark helmet and your brain starts boiling! It really gets hot! Now I can understand a bit more how were those battles in the middle of the desert, like Gaugamela, those men were real heroes! |
