Bushcraft Knife finished
#1
I am making this for a friend at work a little job as a surprise Big Grin ? it is 8 1/4" long, 210mm X 1 3/8" 36mm wide, so its a chunky knife. So I need a little guidance before the handle is riveted on.

Nice work Brennus! How are the other blades going?
The grain looks familiar but cannot place it! I thought it was the same as that of my Iban parang scabbard but not the same grain.

BTW your gardener wouldnt know of a good source of rattan strips/string would he? The stuff on my scabbard has started to deteriorate and needs replacing. (sorry to go off topic here)
