We are redecorating my son's room and he wanted a cool bed like a bunk bed or something. He's heard stories of how I used to sleep on the roof of my HumVee so he asked for an "Army Truck Bed" This is what he got...
It's a scaled down M35 2 1/2 ton truck, well at least 2/3 of one from the windshield posts back. I still have to finish the cabinetry work on the shelves hidden inside the dual rear wheels and detail out the rest of the cab. When finished it will have a .30cal MG fitted to the gun ring as well.

With all our toys under one roof we'd have the basis of one heck of a good museum :lol: . Gee, mule cart with ballista, cargo truck with a machine gun.... anyone else notice a recurring theme in my recent builds? Maybe I was a supply weenie with a Rambo complex in a past military life.
