That I know it there is not evidence for the belt loops.
The way to fasten up feminalia was thought from me. I thought that it have to be a manner without buttons or buckles.
Material: leather

I think that in "roman military clothing" one hose-type full lengh "trousers" appeared in a stone carving. It had loops, I think...

Ooooo, leather trousers! Wanna tour of our leather tent, soldier? Hee hee hee...
All seriousness aside, those look great! The Thorsbjerg trousers have belt loops, and I believe at least one of the pairs of short trousers found in Denmark did, too. And they're shown on at least one late Roman illustration, as well. So they're better documented than any other option, it seems.
Congrats!

Thank you very much.
This is my first difficult work, I'm very happy for the result.

Have you some images of these Trousers?
Thanks!

Evidently, some "Celt" braccae had belt loops, too. The drawstring option, like on mine, is not really very comfortable, and it's difficult to get the knot just like you want it. I'm seriously considering retrofitting belt loops on mine. If you didn't tell someone, how would they know anyway?

For Sulla: I think it's calf leather, but really I don't know very well, because I've buy it in a remnant leather market. A very good affairs.
For Mr Demetrius: the belt loops for me are very confortable (I've already put on my feminalia).

Salve Velita/Rita!
What impression do the wonderfull "pants" belong to? Did you do the dubble sewing by hand? The seam seems to be on the outside, is it flattened to lay smooth with the leather?

The Thorsbjerg trousers are a wacky pattern, but very nice and they don't tear out easily.
Enjoy!

Thanks to all.
For Robert: It's a wonderful impression to belong a pants sewing by my hands! I'm very proud
Yes, I sewing all double point by hand. It's not difficult, only so long!
You can see here my little drawing how I sewed the pants:
I chose this double point of sewn to avoid infiltrations of water.
Thank you very much for the compliments.
