I'm thinking England or France for the final points race . Of course the way my predictions for the world cup went I should probably keep quite and just watch.

I LIKE HER MORE ALLREADY
"The Kaiser knows the Munsters,
by the Shamrock on their caps,
And the famous Bengal Tiger, ever ready for a scrap,
And all his big battalions, Prussian Guards and grenadiers,
Fear to face the flashing bayonets of the Munster Fusiliers."

Shane. As much as I hate to say it, you could very well be right. :?

Shane, Mate, your postings crack me up...more please. I think I detect a fellow rogue (at least, in our own imaginings).

I am a great admirer of O'Gara but he was badly, sadly, off-colour in the World Cup. Mind you, I think I have an inkling why that might have been so. Is he back on form? I hope so for the sake of the game.

*jealous*

I've never been to a big match. Only to London basketball games when I was a bit younger and the buzz from the crowd was amazing enough in a small arena.

I'll be watching from my lounge. Assuming these gales haven't plonked my house down in Oz by then :?

Hmm, you're not the one who nicked my ruby slippers are you? I might need them to get back in time for tip off. I just checked and Easyjet doesn't cover fantasy lands yet. Poor stuff Stelios, very poor  Big Grin

Hey Gaius, join Shane and Libitina in the gang whose posts make me laugh. This place definitely benefits from you three's upbeat contributions. Take an imaginary third of a laud each.
Boy, we could have some party (sighs wistfully)...thinks, massive Roman gathering in Sackville Street...mmm
